👉This is a 4G LTE cellular camera, not a WiFi camera. Just like a smartphone, network service is necessary for live view, alerts, GPS, and cloud features.
🚫If you do NOT want to pay for cellular data, you can use it as a regular dash cam, but it won't have any real-time functionality.
◑If you prefer not to use our pre-installed SIM card, you can swap it out for your own — just contact us first and we'll walk you through it.

🚗VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY (CHECK FIRST)
✔Works with:
·Supports iOS 12+ / Android 10+
❌Does NOT work with:

🚫Incompatible vehicles may cause connection failure.
If the camera doesn't turn on, please switch the OBD cable's voltage protection from 12V to 11.6V.
This prevents the 12V safety cutoff from triggering when your car battery is at its resting voltage (typically 11.8V), ensuring continuous power without draining your battery.
